Logo Design Brief
We need a Logo design for an existing brand which is going through a "makeover" and transition to new entity name. Previously www.krisgerman.com our team brand will transition to The Apartment Dealer. Our team lists and sells commercial property, specifically multi-family (apartment) type properties. We are open to new color scheme, but the design should fit within the tradition of the professionalism our industry carries with it. (I have attached some samples) At the same time we want some "edge" to the design hence our new name The Apartment Dealer "dealer" denoting ample inventory, sales expertise, aggressive sales team...not cheap and discount.
