Need a logo design for a brand new mid-rise condominium building to be displayed on the wall of the lobby when you first enter the building. Something that makes a "Welcome" statement that shows pride of ownership and status to guests and family living there or visiting. Wall is approximately 15' high by 15' wide but logo should fit into a smaller custom "picture frame".
