Logo Design Brief
We need a logo design for a property management leasing company based in Chicago, Illinois called Chicago Shoreline Apartments. We have apartments for rent located in the Lakeview and Edgewater neighborhood in Chicago. Our buildings are NOT high rises. Our buildings typically are 3 and 4 floor buildings. Each building has about 20-30 units. We do not have any specific colors we go by so all options welcome. The final design should include possibly Lake Michigan as we are extremely close to the lake from any of our properties.
