Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for an EdTech sales advisory firm called BroadReach Partners. We will be providing go-to-market consulting and sales training bootcamps to EdTech industry sales teams. Our goal is to accelerate revenue generation in an industry -- education -- that's notoriously difficult to penetrate due to long sales cycles and confusing funding streams. We've chosen BroadReach because of the dual meanings -- the obvious one which is reaching broadly across a market to generate leads and revenue, and the less obvious one which refers to a nautical term meaning a particular angle a sail boat sails to the wind to generate maximum speed. As such I'd like the logo to include a whiteboard-style sketch of a sailboat that appears to be moving fast. I also use whiteboards a lot in my advisory work with clients so was thinking that *could* be incorporated into the font.
