Logo Design Brief

We are requesting design ideas for a new monument street level sign for an apartment community which is undergoing significant renovation. Ideally we would like to use the same or similar design as the new logo for the apartment community as well. We need the new sign to represent the new vibe and atmosphere we have planned for this apartment community.

The renovation, vibe and atmosphere will be one of a modern urban, almost industrial feel. Working the address of the property into the name, "3800 on Portland", is meant to stand out, be unique and modern compared to surrounding properties.

The new paint scheme and colors is not yet determined but the use of Cedar and/or Galvalume metal is the kind of look we are trying to achieve. Bright colors that pop like lime green, bright orange, crystal blues are welcomed. We want the sign to pop and catch people interest with intrigue.

The sign should be 3 dimensional instead of simply flat. We also want to consider a horizontal or vertical layout of the sign. Inspirational ideas can be drawn from the following properties.
