Business Card Design Brief

I'd like to have a new business card. I am a certified pilates instructor. my website is www.getenergizedpilates.com. Next to teaching pilates in napa valley and around the globe, I offer luxury wellness travel in Napa Valley. (plus I make art and healthy food. my instagram is @dns_hnqt)
I'd love to have an eye catching (bold and unique) card that says in gold or embossed DNS HNQT . (but open for any creative idea)

I love whimsical and think the murals at the Faena hotel in Miami and the Gucci prints are my dreamworld. I'd love on the back my email address and the whimsical design.
