Brochure Design Brief

Please see the attached draft for a line card that i use. I would like to incorporate more color and vibrancy as well as the attached power grid photo into the background and the layout might not be correct.
The trade show banner has been a hit, and would like to use some of that into it.
I would prefer not to do a Tri fold, just a single, double sided, full color page.
