Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our new wedding business:
Drake and Helen: Queer Wedding Aficionados

Our business offers counseling services to queer people stressing out during their wedding planning and training to vendors who want to reach out to the GLBT market.

We want the logo to communicate:
We are wedding industry experts, professional, credentialed, stylish.

One element we struggle with our branding: We are 'Drake and Helen,' and 'Queer Wedding Aficionados' is our first focus. In the long run, we think it's possible that we'd have additional branches off of the "Drake and Helen" branding. For example, Drake and Helen: Queer Travel, or Drake and Helen: In the Kitchen. Our current focus is most definitely Queer Wedding Aficionados and the other ideas are just possibilities.

We like the colors blue, green, and a hint of violet though they're not mandatory.
No rainbows, no pinks, no triangles, no wedding bells. No corny gay or wedding cliche imagery (for example, two wedding bands, same sex wedding topper).

One idea is that the Q were significant in the design but feel free to do what inspires you.
