Web Design Brief

Hi! We have a TV Show with over 200 episodes. My team is writing content on each episode and pulling "notable guest" photos, bios and links to display the episodes Blog Post style on our website. I need help designing a page to house the "Blogs" which are really Episode Write-Ups. I have started an ugly template here:

I also need help designing the individual episode "blog" pages- Ugly start here:

We will have one video to display near the top of the blog/episode page

The website is on WordPress and the theme is Impreza.
