Logo Design Brief

I need a design for my company Foothold Sweden where we assist foreign companies that want to set up business in Sweden. We provide them with all the back office support such as company formation, accounting, payroll, taxes (i.e. all the boring stuff :) in order for them to reach their business objectives in Sweden. My (metaphorical!!) image of this is basically the client climbing a mountain and each service we provide is a footstep for them to reach the top. I already have a web site (www.foothold.se) but the logo needs improvement

Target Market(s)

The target market is foreign companies which are looking to establish a business in Sweden. Also, most of the sales efforts will go through domestic law firms, recruitment firms and chambers of commerce.
