Logo Design Brief

Hi, we need logo for sushi restaurant. We're new and fresh restaurant with mobile app, ecommerce. We choose . I would like to see designs that use the blue color. we chose the name tanuki because tanuki is a Japanese animal similar to raccoon. We do not want a standard logo with japanese red. The logo should contain the image of tanuki in simple version, but it can not be funny and childish. I attach some inspiration that I like and a website design with a working version of the tanuki sushi logo and inspiration of the restaurant's appearance. Very important! The logo must look good in small version, like in the header of the website.
