Correct me if i am wrong, so according to what i understood after reading the brief, there are 3 task, Homepage ( Obviously ), Wallet customizing page ( You didn't mention that ) the customization should not be done on homepage according to me and a Pop-up.

No, I only need the homepage designed - the remainder pretty much follows Shopify templates and so the colours used for the homepage will flow through to the product pages, etc.

The newsletter pop up is just a small 500 x 750 pop up that asks people to signup to the newsletter in return for a % discount.

Just the home page will need designing.
