Logo Design Brief

We are a tiny house builder. We build tiny houses on wheels and container homes. Beavers are builders. These are our "Beaver Boxes". Dam Fine Homes. Dam Nice Prices. We need a slick corporate logo. maybe a box outline incorporating beaver teeth.

We also need a more fun character style logo/mascot that would be good for marketing materials/promotions. This will be posted as a second project with a second budget.
