Flyer Design Brief

need a full color 2 sided marketing brochure to use in direct mail campaign. finished product will be printed on 2 times. initially full color brochures to be printed in bulk. Then consumer contact info and case manager contact info will be added at a later date.
brochure will need to have 2 blank areas on front side to print address that will show thru window envelope and sales agent info on for mail campaign.
Would like to see designs that include our current color scheme and logo.
Target market. Low income poverty. Non profit service offering free assistance to help low income seniors get free assitance thru state and federal public assistance programs.
1. Medicaid - over 1 in 5 recieve help from state Medicaid. Medicaid programs for seniors and persons on Medicare can pay doctor copays, deductibles, and assist with medical bills.
2. Extra Help Program - receive Federal assistance with prescription medications, deductibles, copays, and drug plan premiums.
3. Medicare Savings Program - many adults 65 and over are eligible to receive Medicare at no cost. The program will pay your Medicare Part B premium and can even refund some previous payments.

You may be eligible to participate in one or more of these programs. All programs are based on limited income and assets.
