By two page 8.5"x11" Brochure, do you mean one fold,4 page Brochure (8.5"x5.5")or Front and Back, one page A4 size ?

I am interested in your project. Could you please let me know if your company has a logo and if it should be featured on the brochure. Is each 8 1/2 x 11 brochure going to feature one property only or a number of properties? Could you upload some property images, so I can use them in the layout?
Is your brochure going to feature graphs and tables? Is it going to feature floor plans? If you could provide dummy information for the template, it will be much easier to find a proper design solution.

We have a logo but it is dated and not something we want to use in the brochure. The company name of AZG Real Estate Investments can be incorporated or used in the brochure.

Each 8 1/2 x 11 brochure (front and back) will feature one property. The property images we would like to use are "before" and "after" pictures that profile our ability to turn around a shopping center. I will upload a couple that you can use.

No, the brochure will not feature graphs, but may use a table to display the investment details and a site plan to show the layout of the shopping center (refer to the Greenfield Plaza PDF that has been uploaded)

Thanks for the invite. I was just curious to know if there were specific images you wanted used for the before and after as there were none provided, there are samples provided but I needed to know if you had anything specific you wanted used. There's at least 10 different ways I could come up with a style off the top of my head for this project but what I am mainly wondering is if you would want a picture in the background, like in the samples. Or if you want the background to be one solid color?

There are no other specific pictures to use, other than the ones provided in the Greenfield Plaza Profile (XXX).pdf file or the attached jpg picture.

We would like to see a Blue (something like Hex #5A61BC) and Gold (Hex #EDB215) or (Hex #DDA24B) color scheme with some Black accents.
