Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a design to use in my real estate business located in Jacksonville, Florida. My company's name is Elite Realty Group and I am a Realtor but wanting to create a logo of my own that will tie in color wise with my brokerage (colors are mostly black/white w/a touch of red.I don't want anything beach related. I own the domain name "Making Jacksonville Home". I want to be able to use a logo with my name , the logo alone or the logo with the "making Jacksonville home" possibility. I want to be able to brand the logo on thank you cards, tags for closing gifts, etc. The things I have seen have simple artwork with either a key or a black door knocker or something similar but I am open to all ideas. Would love to incorporate Jacksonville into the idea somehow but not sure how.I have seen a key with the jacksonville skyline worked into the key that was kind of cool. I don't want anything busy or anything with a heart design in a house, I don't mind a house design but don't want the little roof designs I see everywhere - want a simple graphic that I might be able to replicate in other items.
