T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking for a T-Shirt design revolving around fitness (not to include the business name or the words personal training or fitness). I have 2 shirts designed already (attached), made by myself with an industrial heat press to transfer prints, but I am switching to drop shipping so I just need a design to upload.
Requirements:
-No background: design must have no background so it can be printed on different color shirts without a white box around the design
-Must be 300dpi or greater
-Do not include the ExecutiveFit Logo as the main design, but can be incorporated into the design.
-Witty gym saying is preferred, but I'm open to different designs as long as it is fitness/gym oriented.
-If profanity is used, please special character out some letters (F%$K)
