Thank you for your invite, the budget is too small to complete design of website, logo, html/css code and create admin backend database. I feel the budget would allow for a logo, core of front end web design without any further coding. Just as an example you would expect to pay around £200 for a logo design and for an accomplished web design around £500. The html/css is not a big issue, but the backend will be more involved and would need discussing!

I am happy to start submitting for the project based on those requirements but I will need to clarify in more detail regarding the project.

Hi,

The budget you have is for the design only (psd files).
It would be an additional cost to make the design into a fully functional website according to your requirements.
But first, you need to select the winner and then you can discuss with him/her about the coding.

Many thanks for your input! Its greatly appreciated. Something i have learnt is the current budget may not be enough for the whole project for what i want done! It will be subject to increase depending on which / who i would like to complete the project with etc etc
