Good evening. I have an home renovations company that does a lot of estimates through word documents and then emailed them a PDF document. DesignCrowd did my logo and stationary projects and did a great job with it. Now I need my word document estimate sheet to be more standardized meaning sometimes my headers and footers move when I get to the bottom of the page , this make me have to do a copy and paste many times to put them back in their place also I have headings like Master Bedroom, Master Bath . I would like for them to always be bold, underlined and colon on the end now I always have to do this. I would like for the header and footers to not move when I get to the bottom of the page. Basically I want the same document with the same look as the document I send but with less retyping and copy and pasting. Hopefully this makes sense and you can help my estimates go faster.

Must have
- 1.Must have same header and footer as the document I sent but want text to be standard.
- 2.Header and footer must not move when I get to the bottom of page.
- 3.Categories like Master Bedroom, Kitchen Area categories must already be in the document and if I want to delete them I can.
Nice to have
- I would love my estimate time to be cut in half because new word estimate sheet is simple to work with.
Should not have
- Don't change the header and footer design at all just make sure it doesn't move when I type.
