Logo Design Brief

Need a logo for Immigration Law News, a new online newsletter. The logo should incorporate the name of the newsletter - Immigration Law News - but should not just simply be a text logo - should have some additional graphic elements. Maybe a "pillars" sort of thing, but maybe something else. Think conservative, but authoritative. The logo can have the graphic element(s) on the left and the words across to the right, or maybe something else - open to all ideas. The logo will be used in the header of a website and also as a header in html emails.
