Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new company. We are an Italian/UK based property development company. All our work is in Italy. Our strapline will be "italian homes for the discerning".
We like the image of the wolf or the wolf's face.
We design and build new build properties, redevelop properties and refurbish properties.
For the strapline please use lowercase text.
I have attached a logo design we sort of like. We might like similar but definitely want an introduction of colour.
