Web Design Brief
Setting up website where different people can rent out there devices (like ipad, tablets, games consoles and other electronics) to other people either by shipping it to them or hand deliver to them.
Owners can set there terms and conditions and price and duration of rentals.
Renters can search a device and choose the device which comes up in the list by checking if that device will be available in his desired dates.
Owners manage calenders for each of there device which gets updated based on there action like Rent out, Returned, Extension requested etc.
What I am looking for:

I am looking for a master theme pages in html. Also looking for pages for following operations:
1. Main child page will show current/hot rentals on website.
2. Device detail page.
3. Customer/Owner profile page.
4. Owner calendar page.
5. Owner inventory and tracking page.
6. Renters current rentals and tracking page.
7. Payment and user registration settings page.
8. Owner and Renter communications.
I do not need any coding just neat and very easy to navigate design I am looking for. It should be lightweight but very slick and creative. It should only show necessary info on the main child page.

I am not trying to restrict anybody's creativity but was looking for a more graphical website design, with bigger fonts and fewer controls on the first form. An example could be Groupon.com first screen which has only one drop down for location.
