Flyer Design Brief

I need a flyer designed for my lawn care business, "Morgan's Maintenance Services". It is a family owned small landscaping company. I was thinking something that I can print 2- 3 per page.
I have 2 different logos I can upload to give an idea. I have seen some I like that are colorfull with neat graphics but I also like some that are simple and elegant. I would like something that catches your eye and looks professionaly done.

Requirements

Must have

• I would like the address of my website listed on it, www.morganmaintenanceservices.com
  I would like for it to say somewhere, 50% off first service with seasonal service.
  Not sure if I want to list some of the services that I offer or just say full service lawn care.

Nice to have

• I have a logo with a bull pushing a lawn mower. I live in Durham, NC also known as the Bull City. I am not in love with the logo so feel free to change it or not use it at all.
