T-shirt Design Brief

We're going to hold a Princess Meet and Greet fundraiser in order to raise money to support Cystic Fibrosis. Cystic Fibrosis causes the skin to be "salty" and is a terminal disease that affects mainly the lungs and digestive tract.

I'm looking for a shirt that shows a tough princess who is ready to fight this disease. I would like the princess to be a mermaid since CF is a disease caused by salt issues.
