Logo Design Brief

Developing a logo design for my company Destinevo (Destiny Evolution) - Mission: Empower current and future leaders of corporations, governments, non-profits, and communities to embrace the power of their unique self to create sustainable growth for shareholders, citizens, customers, and family.
Note: Slide 2 of the upload is a thought on the design. The rectangles represent buildings that can be in the background and are binary code for the word GROW. Small rectangles are 0's and large rectangles are 1's. Each letter is separated by a really small colored rectangle on slide 2. The metaphor is that you will grow as you move along your life...and you will notice that the binary for GR is a few smaller rectangles versus OW...the meaning here is you don't forget where you come from but take who you are and build on it.
