Logo Design Brief

I am building a social networking site based on singing. We are constructing a vbulletin forum and also a flash video sharing online community, similar to youtube.

I want to create the perfect logo to attach on the banner of the forum and the video sharing site. A logo with a character behind it, a character that will represent youth, music, and creativity. A character that will appeal to the target market.

Please take into consideration when choosing the colors and the character of the logo that my website is trying to attract audiences from both sexes and from all types of music genres. So for the design try to make it appeal to as board range of target audiences  as possible.

Also because of the budget, I expect HIGH QUALITY logos and not ones put together within minutes.

Thanks to all designers
