Logo Design Brief

Hi all designers!

Introducing ‘The Soaring Grad” career coach. We are launching a new consultancy service aimed at university students and young adults across the globe that need help launching their careers (we will offer CV analysis and interview advice / preparation etc in person and via skype calls). We will predominantly target the Australian and UK markets, however a lot of our services have worldwide reach as they are online based (for example, we offer CV analysis and interview advice via Skype etc). There will be a focus on the legal sector and aspiring lawyers and barristers.

We are looking for a quirky logo design that will appeal to a young audience who need help launching their careers. We do not want anything traditional or corporate, stuffy / boring logos. We are NOT the usual corporate consultancy firm, we want to stand out. Out top priorities are (i) a stylish, unique and youthful logo that will show our consultancy has personality and appeal to a young audience and (2) something that projects class and quality as we are offering a high quality service.

We are happy for a human or animal cartoon sketch type character to feature in the logo if it looks good. We would also be interested to see something quirky and memorable. Ideally we would like to incorporate the following text into the logo ‘The Soaring Grad’ and if there is space …’career coach’. We are partial to black and white and grey tone colours, but not adverse to the use of colour.

• I don't want a strictly corporate looking design. I'm looking for something eye catching that will appeal to a young, graduate audience
