we are waiting for answer from the support, we dont understand the guarantee process, as we already payed ... we want to ask them first what happens if we dont like the logos we receive ...

While it's a neat feature for the client to get a refund, it's very disappointing on the part of the designers after spending hours conceptualizing & designing the logo. Especially since majority of the designs submitted are not given any feedback at all.

Please invite me again once this project is guaranteed, I would then love to spend a significant portion of my time designing your logo. Thanks!
