I need a one page - 8 1/2 x 11 card (front and back) designed to include a list of events and images. The design should look somewhat tropical and friendly utilizing the color Aqua Blue. I am a real estate broker in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The purpose of the marketing piece is to provide interesting content on the social events occurring within the next 6 months in the area.
