Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a storage company called Transitions Storage. Transitions Storage is a concierge storage company - we come to our clients, pick up their belongings, store, and then return on demand. The company is called Transitions because we provide a "stopover" type of service for people who are working through in major life changes, like getting divorced, a death in the family, or moving/downsizing suddenly. I'm looking for a text-heavy logo that feels friendly/open/non-intimidating. Small designs around the words are ok, but I don't need any images or pictures created. Please, no Times New Roman font or anything like that :) I want it to say "Transitions" as the main word you see, and "Storage" in a smaller font underneath it. I also really like the color #5d98a0. I'm attaching a picture of a logo that I like to this request.
