Logo Design Brief

I would like the logo of a tree with its roots in the ground, pointing downwards. Then ground itself is not coloured in but it is just indicated with a horizontal line. The branches of the tree are all growing upwards as if reaching up for a yellow sun that is shining down on the tree. I was thinking maybe 3-4 main branches growing upwards. The trees branches have many fresh green leaves on them and possibly a red apple if that doesn't make the image look too busy or unsymmetrical.
The colours should be brown for the tree, green for the leaves, yellow for the sun and red for the apple.
The writing can be in a font that is not too formal. Whatever you think is best.
