Logo Design Brief

I need a logo/icon that captures attention. I want to use one of Julien Tromeur's frog designs https://www.shutterstock.com/g/julos?searchterm=frog&search_source=base_gallery&language=en&sort=popular&safe=true
(i will buy it once final logo/icon is determined).

*****Must reference and mention- MileIQ, Xero, ReceiptBank - SEE MY SAMPLE. THAT IS NOT THE FONTS, ETC. JUST A ROUGH SAMPLE.

What I'm trying to promote or sell is a package that includes subscriptions to these software packages. It's all a small or starting business needs to be compliant and ready for their books and taxes with the IRS

1 - Receipt Bank (this helps by taking a picture of their receipt, reading it and coding it in their Xero books.)
2 - Xero (this is the accounting software to keep trackof their income and expenses)
3 - MileIQ (this is an app on their phone that keeps track of mileage
