Poster Design Brief

I am writing a feature-film called STRING THEORY, which is a comedic take on Christianity, similar to BOOK OF MORMON or SOUTH PARK THE MOVIE. I am providing a concept sketch. The movie is about a boarding school full of orphans, where a portal is opened to a parallel universe in which Eve never ate the apple in the garden of Eden, and humanity evolved without punishment. The idea I'm trying to convey, is that the school is cold and greyscale, and the portal that's opening in the sky is bringing in musical symbols, vibrancy, and color. It's the clashing of two different worlds. There should be swirling, colorful clouds with a vortex opening up. I don't have any images (other than the concept sketch), so this will have to be accomplished with stock images or a drawing.

In the end, I'm looking for a layered .psd file for delivery. The comp should be 16.75''(tall) x 10.75'' (wide) at 300dpi.
