any specific logo style do you prefer?

Bold and simple. Not sure that helps. My initial thoughts were around a compound rope where it has multiple cores making stronger but the designs I've liked e most that have come in have been a bit more abstract with simple geometric shapes

any inside meaning about "Manser" ?

Just my family name. Feel free to mess with it. I would prefer if the logo was something separate to just the name in a nice font.
