The label is 3x4, I assume inches. Please indicate which is the height and which is the width. Also, what information is to go onto the label besides the logo and the address? Please clarify.

3in wide, 4in tall.

The logo and address are the only things that "need" to be on the label. We affix an address label sized sticker with the specific blend and weight.
