Poster Design Brief

I am writing a script called DEATH RATTLE about a man dying of cancer, that is haunted by ghosts and spirits that he has wronged throughout his life. They are waiting for him to die so that they can drag him to hell. I am including a rough sketch and several images for inspiration. I want to see a man in a hospital bed hooked up to various respirators, tubes and wires. His eyes are wide with terror. Maybe his heart rate is beginning to flatline on the monitor. He is surrounded by freakishly tall, lanky, skinny ghoulish figures that all stand above him, staring down at him.

I am looking for delivery of a layered PSD file at 16.75'' x 10.75'' at 300DPI.
