Logo Design Brief

We really like our current logo, but the graphic is a little messy. We'd like to have it touched up and improved a bit. We need it to be able to be used as both a square or a rectangle and would like to see several different aspect ratios - square, rectangle. We for sure need one with a transparent background in both black and white. An art nouveau- folksy- humble-earthy feel is what we're seeking. We really like the big "S" and big "C" and variation in the font.

Thank you all so much for your submissions so far!! We are realizing that all we really want is for someone to improve and sharpen the resolution of the current logo!
