Flyer Design Brief

I am looking for an announcement/flyer design for our Pilot Grant Application announcement for next year. Our pilot grant information is housed here: https://hosting.med.upenn.edu/epigenetics/research/pilot-grants/.

I would like an announcement/flyer that I can use to post around campus, but also one that can be used via email with links to the pilot grant page for people to submit applications. There are three pilot grants that will all be announced at the same time next year on September 17, 2018. The deadline for applications will be October 31, 2018 and the funding period will be from November 12th, 2018 - November 11, 2019. I would like to also use this announcement on Twitter and Facebook.
