Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a subdivision based in Grand Junction Colorado called "The Grove." It will be a set of 6 townhouses and marketing toward the younger millennial generation. We would like a modern clean design that also implements the name and location. Grand Junction is located around many mountain and many trees. Here is as example of ideas we came up with that didn't quite meet the mark.
