We're an upscaled catering and event planning company located on a 27-acre historic estate in Buffalo, NY. We're rebranding to attract a higher-end wedding client and more corporate business. We want the logo to represent our current "theme" of luxury, rich history with a modern twist, simplicity and innovation. Our current colors are burgundy, black and gold but open to new interpretations. It's important to us that the design be minimalistic. Examples of logos we like are attached below.

Requirements
Must have
- Our name, "Avanti Mansion" should be a simplistic version of a san serif font, AND an iconic symbol as part of our logo. Logo must look good in both black and white, as well as color. Logo needs the ability to be used in multiple formats, like embroidered uniforms and printed materials.
Nice to have
- A creative use of the letters A and M, or an abstract, unique "royal" symbol.
Should not have
- No eating utensils in the logo, ie. forks and knives
- Nothing relating too much to the wedding industry, ie. wedding rings or hearts.
