Logo Design Brief

We have a current logo that needs 'modernizing / updating'. I have attached an image of the current logo and require it to be transitioned to something similar to what I have sketched with the main feature colors being red, white, grey. The 'S' should be tilted as if it is lying down and the 'P' should remain upright.

Below the logo should be a simplistic font which reads "Sydney Precast"
