Logo Design Brief

Our nonprofit is changing our name from Yakima Valley Human Resource Association (YVHRA) to Yakima SHRM. We are looking for a new logo to reflect our new name change. Our current website is www.yvhra.org. We are looking for a professional design. There are specifications that our national organization has in place for creating a logo:
1. Ensure that "SHRM" portion of our name is treated the same as the rest of the name (in terms of size, color, font, etc.). Yakima SHRM must all be treated the same.
2. NOT use a conjoined H and R (their spines touching) when using SHRM
3. Do not use stylized design running through the name (i.e., squiggly line through the middle of the name)
4. If using any graphics, the "SHRM" must be treated the same as the rest of the name (i.e., if "Yakima" is inside a graphic picture, then the "SHRM" part of it needs to be inside the picture as well, or vice versa with both outside the picture).
