Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Belgium. Our core business is recruitment and project staffing of professionals in IT, Engineering and Marketing. The final design should communicate people in technology environment. In attachment a (boring) example, but I like the combination of IT and the image of a person. Person can be for example similar to Mario Bros or Alex the kid ;-)
