Logo Design Brief

We are a residential construction management company that performs both rehab and ne construction services. We are looking for a logo that is both simple and unique. We would like something that incorporates a house or structure (or even just the roof, and signifies strength and protection. We would like the logo to be single colored (blue) and to look as good in black and white as in color. Using our initials RMG is preferred, with our full name (Residential Management Group) listed along the bottom so that we could have a choice to crop it out in different scenarios.
