Logo Design Brief

UPDATE:
- We like the lighter blues
- More of the highrise buildings
- Potentially interested in a sun incorporated
- The word Horizon needs to stand out

We need a logo design for a new building development based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada called "SkyView Horizon". Some competition is "www.mattamyhomes.com" and "www.liveinredstone.ca". "www.liveatskyview.ca" is close to the development. We would like to see a design that incorporates the colors teal/blue/orange, but we are open to anything. The final design should communicate a comfortable, safe place for singles or young couples looking to start a family. I have attached the drawing of the main building.
