Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my german IT Consoluting company named "ITKickstart". The IT consoluting services are direct to the CEO / CTOs, the logo must therefore strive for "professional business" in the IT domain. After my service is sold I hold lectures for mostly young IT specialists in their first job after university. I am open in aspects of color and shape of the logo. It is used on my homepage, business cards, t-shirts and writing paper.
