Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new Australian business.

Support Worker Select is a website which facilitates the connection of people wanting to find private employment as Support Workers and people seeking to employ Support Workers privately in the areas of Disability Support and Aged Care.

As people with disabilities, including people with vision impairments, will potentially access the site it needs to be fully accessible. The font and colours must be clear and the text and background easily discernible.

We want it to appeal to people with all types of disabilities – not just physical disabilities - and to Aged Care clients. We want to avoid clichés and patronising language. The site/logo also needs to appeal to those wanting to work as Support Workers – including people of different nationalities and ages.

The site/logo’s appearance needs to reflect a high level of professionalism to foster potential Workers and Seekers’ confidence in choosing the site.
