Flyer Design Brief

We need a flyer made that gives an over view of our business. We are a land and mineral records company based in Texas that provides data to many different industries. This should be a bi-fold flyer that measures a 6" x 6" square. The designs should incorporate our company colors with subtle uses of the brighter colors from our new website. Logo and new website pictures are uploaded below.

we would like for the inside left to contain a brief company description: " Since 2005, TexasFile has provided online access to courthouse records and mineral ownership data. Our data, search and order management tools allow you to quickly build and store chains of title, division orders and contact lists. No other website provides as comprehensive of a data set. Start searching TexasFile today.

The front should contain a relevant photo, logo and website name.

the back should contain our contact information and graphic.

the inside right should contain 5 major bullet points with appropriate icons. the bullet points will be:

1. County Courthouse Records Available in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and Oklahoma
2. Search all Texas counties at once with Statewide Search
3. Search mineral ownership data from across the State of Texas
4. Download bulk mineral appraisal rolls
5. Plats available in select counties
