Logo Design Brief

We are looking to develop a logo for a family limited partnership that has a long tradition of operating in ranching, farming and other agriculture related ventures. We are located in the Bitterroot Valley in Western Montana and our privileged location in the Rocky Mountains next to an iconic river is important to us. The logo will be used on stationary, on signs and in recognition for charitable contributions in the community. It is important that the logo also indicates that North 40 Holdings is Schroeder Family Company. While the logo should represent the historical tradition of ranching and western mountain location is should also have clean, modern elements (rustic modern). A potential example could be to think of a livestock brand with clean lines.
