Logo Design Brief

My business is a small mobile operator that will compete against 3 large existing mobile phone companies (that are each associated with a colour: red, orange, blue).

I wish to have a logo and associated material (logo, colour palette, backgrounds, icon) inspired from the Evernote green/gray colour range. (http://tinyurl.com/7z5ft9p) that looks good on websites, print, billboards.
It should work on a white and green background (to be designed)

The company name is "five mobile" and embraces the values of simplicity / innovation / online / modern / transparent pricing
Through it's logo and design, the company should convey a sense of seriousness, trust, professionalism

Expect more work as a follow up (e.g. website design)
